Lily

I'm Available

Meet GRR’s Lily, an affectionate young Golden Retriever with a big personality. Lily can be a bit rambunctious at times, but she settles down nicely once the initial excitement wears off. Lily loves being near her people, enjoys cuddles, and happily carries around her favorite stuffed toys. She’s well-behaved indoors and is very people-oriented. While Lily hasn’t had direct dog interaction in her foster home, she is highly interested in the neighbor dog and may enjoy having a dog companion. This girl is learning to retrieve and is curious about everything. She’s playful, curious, and always ready to explore. Lily is working on basic commands such as sit, stay, give, and improving her leash manners. She’s smart but has a short attention span and is very much still in “puppy mode” when it comes to behavior. Overall, Lily is a friendly, playful, and affectionate young Golden Retriever with tons of potential. She’s sweet, can be stubborn, and still learning—but with guidance and love, she’ll make a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home: Lily’s ideal home is an active, dog-savvy household that can match her energy and enthusiasm while providing the structure and guidance she still needs. She will benefit from ongoing, consistent training, and would do well with an experienced owner. Lily would likely thrive with another friendly, confident dog who can be both a playmate and a positive role model. She needs a family committed to giving her plenty of daily exercise, continuing her training, and patient support as she learns and matures. Could your family be the perfect match for Lily?
