Below you will find an acknowledgement that you understand the core prerequisites prior to filling out the application to adopt. You will then be directed to the application.

I have no resident children under 8 years old.*
I have a minimum 4' high fence attached to my dwelling and fully enclosing a private grass yard large enough for the dog to run, play fetch and do zoomies.*
My resident dogs are spayed/neutered and friendly, ready to welcome new dogs.*
I understand that applying to adopt a specific dog does not guarantee eligibility to adopt that dog. It also does not guarantee that the dog will still be available after you have been approved to adopt.*
I have read and understand the scenarios that make the Adoption Process more difficult and longer that is listed in the Adoption Eligibility and Policy requirements linked above*
