You MUST make every attempt to speak to a person by CALLING down the list no matter what the time of day or night. Texting is not a sufficient means of communication. In the event of a medical emergency, and you cannot reach someone, please take the dog to the nearest emergency vet. Call until you reach someone with GRR.
