When: June 24th

Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Confident in a Loud World; Supporting Sensitive Dogs & Fireworks Prep That Works gives fosters, adopters and dog enthusiasts practical, compassionate tools to support sensitive dogs in a world full of noise, chaos, and unpredictable moments. We’ll break down what sensitivity really is, why some dogs struggle more than others, and how structure—not pressure—helps them feel safe enough to learn. From sound reactivity to touch and surface hesitations, this session shows how small, consistent reps build a dog’s confidence from the inside out.

With fireworks season approaching, we’ll also walk through a realistic, step‑by‑step plan that actually works. You’ll learn how to prepare your home, your dog, and your routine so you’re not scrambling on July 4th. Most importantly, we’ll cover how to prevent long‑term sensitization, helping your golden recover faster and stay resilient long after the noise fades. Sensitivity is trainable—with the right structure, your dog can thrive.

If you would like to be better prepared for this event so please email questions to michelle@grr-tx.com prior to the webinar. We will still have some Q&A time at the end, and this will help us ensure the content stays relevant.
