The Mighty Texas Dog Walk & Expo is a 25-year staple of Austin’s nationally recognized dog loving culture, fetching 12 Guinness World Records including “Most Dogs Walked”, “Largest Fur Ball,” and “Largest Cake for Dogs”! 100% of proceeds benefit Service Dogs, Inc. The 36-year-old nonprofit provides Service Dogs to wounded veterans and other disabled Texans completely free of charge.
Let’s meet at the entrance at 9:30 am @ Camp Mabry, Austin
Although the event is scheduled from 9 AM – 1 PM, we’ve been informed that the Walk itself starts at 10. We’ve been advised to arrive at 9-9:30 to enjoy the festivities and then walk at 10. We’ll also get all the freebies by coming early.
