Personality: Teddy Bear’s family had to give him up after losing her job because of COVID and on the verge of losing her home. GRR to the rescue! Since Teddy  had been with his family for all his life, he is completely housebroken and free to roam the house. Since being in his foster home, he’s had no exposure to children or cats. Teddy has arthritis (which he takes medication for), so while he seems interest in the household dog, he isn’t very playful. He’s good in the car and good on short walks, but likes to drop anchor and sniff a lot!

He’s shown no interest in balls or toys. Teddy is very calm in the house and naps a lot. He likes to follow is foster mother around. He’s calm while being groomed and sleeps peacefully through the night. He’s pretty low energy, not a bit shy and is very sweet. He hangs out while foster mom blows dry her hair and loves to have the dryer pointed at him.

Ideal Home: Teddy would be happy with anyone who wants a low energy dog for companionship. What he needs are short walks and lot and lots of love.
