Personality: Belle is about to begin a whole new life because of GRR. Her previous owner had health as well as financial issues that made it hard for her to care properly for Belle. Belle hasn’t had much training in her past life, but her previous owner says she’s a good listener and willing to learn.

Belle is reliable when it comes to house training and also settle nicely into her crate, which is where she is kept when left alone. She’s had no experience around children and completely ignores the cats in her foster home. She likes to jump, but only in the sense that likes to be in a lap and loves to give hugs to her foster family. She’s very low key around other dogs. She pulls a little on the leash but checks back at her foster mom frequently for reassurance while they are walking.

Belle likes balls but doesn’t always drop it yet. Sometimes she will just keep for herself and chew on it. She does tend to shred toys. Perhaps she thinks, “if it’s mine, why can’t I play with them my way?” She is super silly with those toys, growling and getting very vocal while gnawing away on them. We don’t know if she is a swimmer since she hasn’t been around water yet. She has lots of energy and not the least bit shy. She wants to be right there with her foster family. If they are up and about, she is right there with them. Belle tolerated the front half of her body to be brushed but wriggled away when it was time for the butt fluff.

Ideal Home: Belle needs a stable home, since she has not had that much in her life. A forever home is needed quickly so she can reacclimate to it. Belle is a real doll.
