Meet GRR’s sweet and smiley, River!! As River was found abandoned in San Antonio, he has been receiving some much deserved TLC and learning many new things along the way. He is the SWEETEST boy, but just hasn’t been exposed to much, so he’s currently learning to play with toys, learn commands, and his foster family is working on building his confidence. He expresses great interest in other dogs thus far with a wagging tail and big, Golden smile! River also enjoys tons of cuddles and sniffing all the good smells that the outdoors has to offer!
Ideal Home: River would do well in a home where his family can devote lots of time to working with him as he gains experiences - learning new things, retrieving a ball, helping him to feel secure (he’s a bit clingy right now), and can provide him with a daily routine.
