Meet GRR’s Moxie, a beautiful red Golden who is currently recovering from her spay surgery (so at this time her day-to-day activities are limited). Moxie is curious and smart; she shows interest in the resident dogs in her foster home, but has not met them yet. Something to know about Moxie is that she came to GRR with a past injury to one of her legs; while it does not seem to slow her down too much, she does have a bit of an awkward gait. Moxie is very easy-going, she loves to lounge outside while her foster mom reads a book. She is very friendly and wants to be around her people all the time!
Ideal Home: For Moxie, a home where she can enjoy time outside each day would be wonderful. Spending time outdoors seems to be extremely relaxing for her. Having a family where someone is home often or works from home would likely make Moxie very happy. A home with another dog would be nice for her as she seems to crave that canine companionship and would likely learn a lot from having another dog around.
