Meet GRR’s Moonshine, a beautiful blonde Golden who was an owner surrender at a local animal shelter. Moonshine is a typical Golden in many ways - he loves to eat, loves toys, and enjoys cuddling and hanging out with his people. Indoors he is well mannered and also enjoys going on walks. His favorite type of toy is a ball, which he will chase and retrieve…but is not so sure he wants to bring it back (yet). At this time, in his foster home, Moonshine does show some signs of resource guarding with toys and bones, but this could very well be part of him adjusting to a new place and a new canine buddy. He is described as friendly, playful, dominant and active.
Ideal Home: For Moonshine, a home where he will have a daily routine and ways to keep active would be great. He likes to play outside or go on walks. For now, with some resource guarding taking place, a home where he can either be the only dog or he has another dog in the home that is more passive would be ideal. Could your family be a perfect match for Moonshine?
Moonshine is still settling into his foster home. Check back as we learn more about him or reach out to your matchmaker to learn more.
