Meet GRR’s Henry, a cuddly boy who is a giant lap dog! Henry loves all people, will retrieve a toy or ball, and loves to play! He is extremely friendly and likes other dogs, but can sometimes be a tad overzealous with his fellow canine pals. Henry still has “puppy energy” and with that comes his love of playing fetch, going on walks, and having wrestling matches with the resident dog in his foster home (whether the other dog likes it or not). With that, Henry is working to learn commands and some alternative options for his impulsive moments. He is an outgoing boy who has been nicknamed “The Energizer Bunny” by his foster family, but ultimately, Henry also has SO much love to share. He is a great dog who loves being outdoors, and is described as friendly, playful, and intelligent.
Ideal Home: For Henry, a home where he has daily activity and a place to run and play is a must. He would do fine as an only dog, but would also enjoy having another dog around, so long as that dog has a similar energy level and would be accepting of his boisterous moments. Henry loves all people, but might be a bit much for babies or young children (for now). With routine, consistency, and some time to mature and grow, Henry will certainly shine! Could Henry be the perfect addition to your family?
