Meet GRR’s Brody, a sweet boy who is adjusting to his new normal. Brody is well mannered; he loves to eat and have treats! So far, he is quite calm indoors, but is starting to explore more and more each day. While he doesn’t climb on the couch, Brody will sit right beside the couch to receive endless pets and attention from his human companion(s). Brody has shown interest in other dogs when out on short walks, but has not interacted quite yet. On walks and in the backyard, he truly loves sniffing all the smells! He loves to be groomed, massaged, and is a Velcro Golden (he wants to be right beside you at all times). Brody is a character and when he seeks attention from humans, he makes a growly/talking noise that will bring a smile to your face! He is described as sweet, gentle, sensitive and will be the ultimate companion to whomever adopts him.
Ideal Home: For Brody, as he is adjusting, he needs some support to feel secure and has shown some struggles at night, but is improving. Each day, Brody seems more and more comfortable, so with time and gentle patience, he is sure to build his confidence. Having someone who works from home or is home often will be ideal for Brody. He likely would enjoy the companionship of another dog who is fairly mellow and gentle. Could your family be the perfect match for Brody?
