I'm ready for my new family!

Auggie

I'm Available

Meet GRR’s Auggie, a silly, lovable pup who will bring laughter and energy into your world! Auggie is an 8-month-old Golden Retriever who’s equal parts goofball and cuddle bug. He’s in the stage of puppyhood where he’s polishing his manners and discovering the world around him - he does it all with his tail wagging and his heart wide open. Auggie is a classic Golden through and through, friendly, affectionate, and eager to please. He’s a bit of a “Velcro dog” and loves being near his people, whether that’s following you from room to room or napping at your feet. He has bursts of energy and loves to wrestle or play chase with the resident Golden in his foster home. Auggie is a vocal playmate and will happily engage in a game of tug-of-war or toss his toys around. Auggie is a toy enthusiast! He loves his Kong and crinkly stuffies! You might catch him dumping out the toy basket just to pick his favorite — and sometimes he’ll even play with the basket itself! When out for a walk, Auggie will sometimes grab the leash in excitement, but he settles down quickly once he gets moving - always a character!

Ideal Home: Auggie would thrive in an active, patient home that can keep up with his playful puppy energy and continue guiding him as he matures. He’d love a family that enjoys outdoor adventures, swimming, and plenty of playtime!   He requires dedicated humans who will provide consistent training, structure, and lots of love, Auggie will grow into a wonderful, loyal Golden companion! Could your family be the perfect match for Auggie?
