Sea Gull Condominium Unit 607 is a sixth floor, recently remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with breathtaking views of the sunrise on the front patio and sunset on the back patio. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queens. This unit has high speed internet throughout and new large screen Roku Smart TVs. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.
Enjoy floor to ceiling windows showcasing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped with dishware, glasses, silverware and a large selection of pots and pans. Everything you need is there, except you.
Come enjoy a relaxing stay in Unit 607! Sit out on the large balcony enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the stunning view! This modern, peaceful condo has something for everyone to enjoy.
The GRR raffle condo is for 4 days/3 nights and may be used from February 15, 2025 – February 15, 2026. The only restriction is the dates on the availability calendar that are already booked. If you want a weekend or holiday and it is available, the winner just needs to contact the owner on dates.
Estimated total value of this 4 days/3 nights package is $1,350+ (off peak) and $2,000+ (peak). Please note that the GRR Condo Raffle package has ZERO additional fees. Taxes and cleaning fees are covered. There are no dogs allowed in the condo.
