Update: Feb 4, 2025: Meet GRR’s Boq, a handsome boy who loves cuddles and going on walks! Boq is very mellow, well-mannered, and is always happy to be in the company of people! He is interested in other dogs, and is quite curious - Boq enjoys meeting canine friends while he is out on a walk and instantly goes into “play” mode. Boq is still not super interested in toys, but likes a Kong and also enjoys a scattermat. One silly thing Boq will do when he is being dried off with a towel, is he will wiggle around and try to “assist” with the process! He is friendly and active, but he craves attention and companionship most of all.
Ideal Home: For Boq, being part of a family where he will be loved and given tons of attention is very important. He loves having his human(s) around often, so a home where someone can be around throughout the day or works from home would be perfect. Boq loves his daily walks, so a family who can keep him active and provide him with time outdoors would make him extremely happy. He would also likely enjoy having another dog in his home who could be both his playmate and his companion. Could Boq be the perfect pup to complete your family?
Meet GRR’s Boq, a handsome boy who loves cuddles (he likes pets while his head is in your lap), being brushed, and naps on the cool, kitchen tile. Boq is very mellow and quiet, he has very gentlemanly manners, and is happy to see ALL people! Since being in his foster home, Boq has become a huge fan of going on walks and sniffing all the smells and/or meeting all the people along the way. He is interested in other dogs, and seems quite curious, but at times, a little unsure; although, he has started playing through the fence with the neighboring dogs. Boq is not sure what to do with toys right now, but with time, he will hopefully realize how much fun a stuffy or ball can be! He is calm and loving, very attentive to his person or people, and really aims to please. To add to his good manners, Boq likes to sit with his paws crossed when lying down, how dapper!
Ideal Home: For Boq, a home where he has oodles of love and neverending cuddles would be perfect. He would fit well into a family who has time to take him on walks, spend time outside, and provide him with consistency and routine.
