Meet GRR’s Glinda who is acclimating to living the spoiled life! After coming from a place where she received minimal attention and care, Glinda is working to understand the attentive ways and loving touch of humans. She likes going outside in the yard to sniff around and being close to her people. Glinda is rather shy and timid at first, but she is already showing signs of being more comfortable as each day passes. She is quite interested in the resident dogs in her foster home, but has limited interaction at this time due to being newer to the home. Glinda loves to show off a toy when she has one by carrying it around, giving it a good shake, and of course, squeaking it! She is fairly mellow and shy, but sleeps well at night and even has been observed wagging her tail in her sleep! Glinda is described as being playful and friendly (once she is comfortable), but also reserved and observant.
Ideal Home: For Glinda, a home where she is met with patience, love, and understanding is a must. With daily routine and consistency, her personality is already starting to shine through. She will need a family where people can devote time to working with her and who can include her in the day to day life, so that she can gain experience. Glinda is eager to take in new things, and she is becoming braver as she feels more secure. She does enjoy the company of another dog, and would benefit from living with a confident dog who can help her to follow their lead. Could your family be the perfect match to change Glinda’s world “for good”?
