Personality: Razzle is one half of the Razzle and Dazzle dynamic duo that is a tag team of pure puppy energy. At this young age, his world is full of discovery, including just how fun it can be to bite your brother’s tail!
According to his foster, Razzle is a lover, and as sweet as he can be. He sincerely wants to be with people, and is very comfortable with them, seeking you out when the world shows him something he is unsure about. He is sleeping fine in his crate (shared with his brother Dazzle), and loves toys, enjoying them in ways you could never predict!
At this age, he is just now getting into house training, and of course, he loves to chew, so his dog toys and bully sticks are fair game. As a young Retriever pup, he will already chase toys if you throw them, and bring them back to you.
He is socializing with other dogs, enjoys being around them, and is not intimidated by their presence. He is curious about those other creatures, called cats, and has observed them without barking or growling so far.
Razzle weighs less than his brother, but is determined to catch up fast, as he loves to eat and now has great nutrition.
If you have raised a Golden pup from this age, you know it is an experience you will never forget and can’t wait to repeat. If you haven’t, reward yourself with the treat of a lifetime!
Ideal home: Based on his young age, Razzle would be best in a home with his humans around during the day, rather than being alone during his early learning phase. He will do best in a family with dedicated time to provide training so he becomes the Golden he is destined to be.
