Personality: Gabe is an adorable, sweet puppy in need of some self-confidence.  He and his brother Grant were strays, so along with needing to know he is loved, Gabe also needs to be treated for a hookworm infection.  This is a very treatable condition, and his foster family has already begun treatment.

As a puppy, Gabe is still outgrowing a few puppy habits and learning about walking on a leash, but he has taken well to his crate and sleeps through the night.  Gabe is working with his foster family to become fully housebroken though his foster family describes him as 'mostly' housebroken already. Gabe does well with both the cats and the other dogs in his foster home.

Ideal Home: Gabe's forever home should be patient and willing to work with him to build his confidence and continue his training. Gabe will likely be 30-35 lbs when grown, so he’s perfect for a home with a small yard.
