Angel is happiest when she is with people.  She is fit and trim with her daily thyroid medication.  Her current
weight is just 57 pounds.  If allowed, Angel would eat until she popped.  Angel has a favorite toy and it is always with her.
The “baby” is actually, a small squeaky toy with knotted ropes at each end.  The only time the toy is out of her mouth
is when food is involved.  Angel even goes to sleep with the “baby” under her chin.

Two of her favorite things to do are go for car rides (anywhere) and have a “spa day”. She is happy to step into the tub and get
suds up and rinsed off.  Don’t skip on the conditioner!  It makes her curly fur silky and easy to brush.  If the bath
is for another dog, then Angel will lay by the tub and make sure they are getting the full treatment.  Angel loves
to be brushed.  And Angel will sit still for her ear cleanings every other week.  This has prevented ear infections,
something she was prone to have before coming to GRR.

Angel has old torn ACL’s and has been seen by the Specialist. The tears have healed and surgery was decided to not be
worthwhile considering her age and her mobility. If allowed, Angel could outrun either Truman or Sam, fosters that live with her.
She has no problems getting in or out of a car.  She is quick as a bunny.

Angel is a fabulous dog. She may be a “senior” in years but she is full of energy and has lots of love to give to a forever family.
She adores children of all ages having come from a family with children. She gets along well with other dogs big and small.
Angel is the golden who would have the lampshade on at the party.  Full of life and ready to go.
