Kenosha, a blonde, golden mix, is getting a second chance at life after being returned to GRR recently.  She was placed with a family in 2019, but sadly they were not able to keep her and knew it would be best to let GRR find her true forever family.  She can be described as “loving and likes to be near people, is playful but calm for a puppy, loves new people and dogs, and loves to have her head rubbed.”

After getting connected with her foster family, they note that she is playful, gentle, happy, and occasionally timid or shy.  She enjoys walking on a leash but could use some training on keeping a loose leash.  She loves to play with toys yet doesn’t play fetch.  She tends to shred toys, so supervising play will be needed for safety.

Kenosha sleeps through the night and knows her bed/place.  She’ll go there when she’s tired and also barks to let you know she needs to potty.  She enjoys playing tug of war with other dogs and plays well with them. She is really a gem.

Ideal Home: Kenosha’s needs for a new home are pretty simple: she needs love, training, play, grooming, and exercise.  She does well with other dogs and kids and in general is easy going.  She is a healthy, young pup and is ready to join a new family for lots of adventures!
