Personality: Carley is an adorable but abandoned 4 month old Golden Retriever rescued while wandering a busy thoroughfare in North Austin! She has already started treatment at the vet to attend to her fleas and parasites, so she is definitely feeling better than just hours ago. She is now micro-chipped and her new vet has provided appropriate vaccinations. Testing for heartworms will have to wait awhile, as she is so young. Even though she was on her own and neglected for a while, Carley demonstrated her true Golden character by demanding to be side by side with her GRR Foster mom right away and in no uncertain terms! She already seems to be a close companion after only a few moments of TLC.
