Personality:

Bryce is one of the sweetest, beautiful, red dogs you’ll ever meet.  She is very intelligent and responsive to training (with a few notable exceptions—including going into the house when she is having a good time outside and jumping on her fosters randomly). House training is excellent, no accidents, and she “loves, loves, loves” belly rubs. Bryce is also learning quickly how to do things like fetch, sit, and stay. Bryce does have a few “guilty Golden pleasures” and can’t seem to resist a nice chewy slipper, or doing a bit of counter surfing or begging for a taste of your dinner but nothing too terrible that a little simple, calm correction can’t cure.  She’s a lover, though, and craves human affection. She enjoys being outside and she likes her ball.

Bryce could benefit from a little training to walk on a leash without pulling and can be a bit anxious at random times and may do a little jumping or panting. She’s easily calmed down, however, when she has her panicky episodes.  She is currently under treatment for heartworm but is otherwise healthy and doing very well. Stay tuned for further updates.

Ideal home: Bryce would benefit in a home where she will get a lot of love and affection from her human companions, preferably with not competition from other pets. She will love you unconditionally and with a little love and guidance in return she will be a wonderful addition to your family.
