The Gold Ribbon Rescue Board of Directors maintains responsibility for the strategic, financial and day–to–day operations of the organization. Board members communicate with members, media and other entities and represent GRR at all GRR events.

Michelle is a matchmaker, manages the behavior and training team, drives the internal training and educational webinars and manages dog-related events. She works closely with the intake, medical, foster coordinator and application teams. She also represents GRR with national rescue organizations.

Tim manages the day-to-day financial operations. He tracks GRR banking and investment accounts, conducts financial tracking and compiles all financial reports/statements. Additionally, Tim handles membership recruitment and documentation.

Jacki is responsible for all aspects of intake, including the final decision to bring in a dog. She manages vetting, transport and foster home placement. Additionally, Jackie maintains relationships with area shelters and international rescue initiatives.
